Robotic machine for the regrooving and grooving of giant Off-The-Road transport tyres from 24" to 35".
Equipped with a patented vision system for identification of the grooves to be regrooved on the
tyre surface, Grooving 35 can be interfaced remotely. Standard equipment: interchangeable plate shrinking
system, KUKA anthropomorphic robot, electrospindle with liquid cooling chiller, 9-position tool rack, protective
nets and gates, joystick system to determine the start on the sculpture to be machined with the possibility of
repeating the programmable step machining program. Possibility to choose the tool path by positioning the tool at
the bottom of the recess and acquiring the various points of the path: the system will connect each point creating
the desired figure, then repeated for the programmed number of times.
